PFIC's Mission Endeavors and Initiatives

Under the vibrant canopy of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Indo-Canadians (PFIC), the essence of community and faith-driven initiatives flourishes with remarkable vigor and purpose. Among its many endeavors, PFIC harbors a unique Pastors Fellowship, an assembly that embodies the spirit of unity, mutual support, and collective spiritual growth. This fellowship serves as a testament to PFIC’s commitment to nurturing the bonds of brotherhood and leadership within the Kerala Malayalee Pentecostal community across Canada.

Complementing the fellowship is the “Northern Light Newsletter,”  a bi-monthly beacon of news, inspiration, and spiritual guidance, meticulously curated and published from the heart of Canada. This publication acts as a lifeline, connecting members across provinces with stories of faith, updates on community events, and insightful articles that inspire and uplift. The “Northern Light Newsletter” not only keeps the community informed but also weaves a thread of continuity and shared identity among the diverse congregations under the PFIC umbrella.

A cornerstone of PFIC’s commitment to unity and spiritual engagement is its regular gatherings. Every month, on the third Sunday, members converge in a virtual assembly through Zoom. These gatherings transcend geographical boundaries, allowing pastors to share in prayer, worship, and fellowship from the comfort of their homes. This innovative approach to community building ensures that even in the face of physical distance, the spirit of togetherness remains unbroken.

Looking ahead, PFIC has set its sights on fostering an even deeper sense of community and spiritual rejuvenation through the hosting of conferences in
various provinces and cities across Canada. These conferences are envisioned as vibrant assemblies of Malayalee Pentecostal believers, designed to uplift and unite. They will serve as platforms for spiritual enrichment, cultural celebration, and the strengthening of communal bonds.

The conferences will feature dynamic worship sessions, insightful teachings, and workshops aimed at addressing the needs and aspirations of the Malayalee Pentecostal community in Canada. With a focus on empowering believers, these gatherings are anticipated to be milestones in the journey of faith for many, offering moments of reflection, renewal, and profound connection.

As PFIC continues to weave its tapestry of faith across the Canadian landscape, the Pastors Fellowship, the “Northern Light Newsletter,” the monthly Zoom gatherings, and the upcoming conferences stand as pillars of its mission. Together, they encapsulate the essence of PFIC’s endeavors: to uplift, unite, and inspire the Malayalee Pentecostal believers of Canada. In doing so, PFIC not only nurtures a sense of belonging and spiritual growth among its members but also lays the groundwork for a legacy of faith that will resonate for generations to come.
